Dexter came to us through a co-worker of my husband, Mike. This co-worker of Mike's mentioned that he had an 12 week old pit bull puppy for sale. He originally got Dexter because he just wanted a furry friend. After a couple weeks of Dexter spending 12+ hours in his kennel, he realized that he couldn't give him what he needed. As soon as Mike found out he was selling Dexter he sent me a picture. When I first saw Dexter's pic I thought he was the cutest pup I'd ever seen. It was love at first sight but I had say no considering we already had 2 dogs. Oh, but I was so in love with those cute puppy eyes! I couldn't stand it anymore! I had to have him! So we made an arrangement for him to stay the night one night to see how he did with the kids & other 2 dogs & he never left. We love Dexter & couldn't imagine life without him. He definitely keeps me on my toes. Dexter is now going on 7 months & probably weighs 55lbs. He's very determined & stubborn but a very sweet & loving dog.
We love Got Sit because they've given us the tools to properly train our dog. We've had 2 in-home dog training visits & its been awesome! Today, for the first time, I was able to walk Dexter around the block without being pissed off & feeling like he was ripping my arm off. Thanks Anthony! Thats just one of many of Dexter's accomplishments.
