We adopted Dublin through a shelter. He was the only dog in the kennel that wasn't barking like crazy. We assumed he was a very calm dog. Later that month he found his voice and he's been with us ever since.
Dublin has extreme anxiety. Anything that moves or makes noise he is afraid of. This makes it difficult to take him out of the house or even have people come into our house. Over the last 3 years, his anxiety turned into aggression. He knew we had to do something. It's only been 5 weeks and Dublin is already a completely different dog. His anxiety has decreased and we have actually been able to take him out of the house. The trainers are very accommodating. We knew Dublin would be a hard dog to train. They have answered every question and eased every concern my husband and I have. It's only been 5 weeks and I can't wait to see more progress as time goes on!
