My search began on eBay classifieds on July 2014 searching for a potential puppy that could join our family. My daughter and I both have a disability and we needed another member that could be a companion animal for me and a service dog for her. We met with a private owner who was selling Goosey for $25.00 and I thought it was to good to be true. I met the private owner in a local parking lot; paid the gal, and immediately took him to the vet that same day to get checked. Come to find out Goosey was severely underweight,scared to death of his own shadow, and had never interacted with other animals or people. After careful handling for several weeks, and him adapting to our family size of 4, he slowly became more comfortable with us. I made sure he ate very well, received love and affection, and that he was gaining weight. A month after our adoption with the private owner he was ready for Got Sit training. We continue to go to weekly meetings as of September 2014 and we love it!
We love Got Sit dog training because the trainer Chris is nice, open to questions whenever we have them.
I also enjoy going because it exposes Goosey to other people and dogs.
