We rescued Daisy from a small outdoor pen near JBLM at 1 year old. She had severe rain-rot, embedded collar and was very insecure. No house-manners and no training. She learned very quickly how to be an indoor dog and thrived with the attention. Her demeanor and love of training quickly made us want to train her to be our child's anxiety service dog, as she has a nack for instantly calming him and alerting us when he is about to have an attack.
We have always been told that hound dogs do not 'do that'. Also I am NOT a fan of treat training, as it has caused my dog to be a tad overweight. We love Got Sit Dog Training's approach to train with love and attention! She immediately showed her willingness to listen and learn very quickly. The first week was a huge eye opener in the way that Marvin and his team work.. she is learning to be more confident and a better part of our family!
