I found Tucker through a large multi-shelter adoption event, he was only 10 weeks old and very scared. He came from a shelter in Eastern Washington and had a rough start to life losing both parents to a porcupine attack. It took him about a week to come out of his shell and quickly showed his big personality and fearlessness. As he grew older he began to have anxiety/fear around almost everything that was not apart of his daily routine, I figured this was just because of his young age and he would grow out of it. At 3 years old he had still not grown out of his anxiety and I knew he needed help building confidence so I contacted Got Sit.
We have only been with Got Sit for a short while now but a huge change in Tucker's confidence (and mine) has already begun. I am now able to take Tucker for walks without a no-pull harness (which was never possible before) and he will walk right next to me the entire walk. And thanks to Anthony and Marvin I am now able to get Tucker to listen and respond to my commands with many distractions around us. We still have a lot to learn (and confidence to gain) but we are on a great start and look forward to many more classes with Got Sit.
